Ingredients
2 ears sweet corn
1 cup heirloom tomatoes, diced
1 lime, juice
¾ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 cup bell peppers
¼ avocado, cubed
¼ red onion, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy! Eating raw is that healthy and simple :) If you enjoy a little heat in your salsa, add some jalapeno peppers to spice it up!
