I can’t imagine life without nana ice cream in it! So simple and versatile that I never get sick of having it practically every day! Today’s flavors were made with fresh mint, matcha powder, strawberries, vanilla and the base was frozen bananas. I topped it all off with cacao nibs, kiwi, coconut flakes and fresh strawberries. Oh, and a side of mango… man, I love food! REAL, fresh, natural, raw living food!!!!!
Mint Matcha + Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 6-7 frozen bananas
- ½ cup strawberries
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5-7 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 kiwi
- coconut flakes
- cacao nibs
Instructions
- Blend half frozen bananas in a high-speed blender or food processor until creamy consistency, add a splash of water if necessary.
- Add in mint leaves and matcha powder to the blender.
- Scoop ice cream into bowl and place in freezer.
- Blend remaining frozen bananas in a high-speed blender or food processor until creamy consistency, add a splash of water if necessary to help the blender.
- Add in strawberries and vanilla to the blender.
- Take mint matcha ice cream out of freezer.
- Scoop strawberry ice cream into bowl and add toppings.
